Divorce Like a Pro walks you through important considerations, caveats, and pitfalls one must be aware of when completing paperwork--and before one signs a divorce settlement.
START
Begin with a 20-minute strategy session with attorney Jennifer L. Neeley or simply request enrollment in the course, below. We must screen all potential enrollees for possible conflicts first.
MODULE #1
Upon enrollment, you will get immediate access to all four modules. In module one, you will learn what kind of property is subject to "equitable division" in Utah. We'll explain what marital property is, what separate property is, and how you can identify such for yourself.
MODULE #2
Learn about financial disclosures in divorce and what the fourteen most common issues are and how to prepare your legal case for future negotiations. Parents of minor children will recieve an additional module to create a parenting plan.
MODULE #3
Where the rubber hits the road. Learn how to analzye your case like a lawyer would and determine your baseline for future negotiations. Schedule a legal evaluation with attorney Jennifer L. Neeley to discuss your case.
MODULE #4
Get access to all of the legal templates you needs to secure a negotiated settlement and final decree of divorce with the court. We'll show you how to use the templates and when to file them.
FINISH
